1.Low minimum. Due to the flexibility of digital printing, the minimum is as low as one meter. Many designs can be combined together on the same roll.
2.Fast turnaround. For sampling yardages or strike offs, the general processing time is 3-4 days. For bulk production 200-800 meters, 6-8 days.

2.Print file adjustment and confirmation. We need to double check if the print files provided by clients are good for printing. If not, we are going to make some correction. And we will ask for all necessary information from you.
3.Coating/Starching. Coat selected fabrics to make it reactive to printing ink. All materials used by us are environmental friendly and harmless to human bodies.
4.Digital printing. To print designs onto silk fabrics. It is the highlighted time of the whole process.
5.Water washing. The main purpose of the step is to take away the color residue and to make the color fastness meet set up standards.
6.Post treatment. To fix handfeel and width.
7.Quality inspection. To make sure all finished fabrics meet our quality standard.
